30-day returns and exchanges

Try your Flask for 30 days from delivery. Return it used or unused for a refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or store credit. Hibear provides a prepaid return label.

To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns & Warranty page within 30 days of delivery. Include all six kit pieces and use the original packaging where possible.

Holiday returns: November and December 2026

Gifts purchased from November 1 through December 31, 2026 can be returned through January 31, 2027. Used or unused, with a prepaid return label from Hibear. Start your holiday return through our Returns & Warranty page by January 31, 2027.
