When do bundle orders ship?+
Bundle orders ship together as one kit when the Tumbler batch is ready (late September 2026). We hold the Adventure Flask so it arrives alongside your Tumbler - one box, one unboxing moment. If you want the Flask sooner, buy it standalone at full price.
Is it really leak-proof?+
Short answer: no. Honest answer: also no, but hear us out. The Magna Lid is splash-proof and keeps your drink right where you want it during normal use. Just don't go doing cartwheels or tossing it in your pack upside down expecting zero casualties. It's a tumbler, not a water balloon. Treat it like the daily driver it is and it'll never let you down.
Hot AND cold drinks?+
Both. Double-wall stainless steel keeps hot drinks hot for 8 hours and cold drinks cold all day. Real temps, not marketing temps.
What's the warranty?+
5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, full stop. Something's wrong with your tumbler - message us, we make it right.
How do I care for it?+
Hand-wash the body to keep the seal and finish happy. The Magna Lid and silicone collar are top-rack dishwasher safe.
Does it fit a standard cup holder?+
Yes. Both the 12oz and 16oz slide into most car cup holders. Built for the commute.
Can it go in the microwave or freezer?+
Neither. Stainless steel and microwaves don't mix. Freezers can damage the insulation. The tumbler does the temperature work for you - no appliances required.
Carbonated drinks?+
Yes - go for it. Just open the Magna Lid carefully after sealing a fizzy drink. Pressure builds, same as any sealed vessel.
What's the hidden artwork?+
